Focusing more on healthy foods.

I have been scattering around Kuala Lumpur to look for something more healthy and I landed on a salad bar called Simply Green. For once focusing more on something healthy to feed my needs. Personally, I have never been a big fan of a salad filled with just lettuce and not much with it. I enjoy more having that extra bit of crabs or colors on my plate; that is what makes a salad delicious, and look good on a picture!

Recently in a business building near Pavilion (the main mall in Kuala Lumpur), a salad bar was built. What I found great about this place is that you arrive in such a friendly clean place and the service is great. The process of this restaurant consist of:

Firstly you have a paper where you can fill out everything you want in your salad. You get the choice between SMALL, MEDIUM, or LARGE. Personally, the small size salad is actually pretty filling but for the hungry ones medium or large can also be a good choice that meets your needs! You get the choice of many lettuce types, meats, carbs, vegetables/fruits etc.

A great place to stay in shape since it is flavourful and we all know sometimes trying to eat well can be difficult but this place is so worth it! And on the plus side, you get to go home and know you ate something good for you.
