Birch

As you can see within my post this is my second one on Birch; it is just that good! This time I decided to check out the avocado toast because it looked so delicious and I wasn't wrong.

This toast is consisted of whole meal bread which directly brings some healthiness in this dish. Accompanied by a layer of mashed avocados and some feta cheese on top; everything blends perfectly together. The different flavours (salt, lemon, pepper) that goes through your mouth fits so well. Some fresh water fits well with this plate of food, though a wide range of juices and smoothies could go well with this.

Birch overall is a very busy place so make sure to reserve a table in advance or head during the week. The staff is nice and treats you well. The waiting time for food is bearable and comes in a good shape. The actual place is located in such a cute area. It has really good lighting which is a big + to take pictures.

Don't hesitate and go eat brunch/lunch @ Birch - won't regret it!
